REPORT:
Once again the match was played with full handicap difference given and this proved to be a successful format with many close matches. The venue was excellent and the course was in superb condition with very true greens. A lovely meal followed and it was enjoyed by all. We were very fortunate to have the Presidents of both the County and the Vets spurring us on as they traversed the fairways in their buggy; at one time Mary-Anne came perilously close to falling out when Anne became a little over enthusiastic at the steering wheel!
