Three Ball Alliance & County AM-AM will be

taken on a ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVED

BASIS’. Preference given to players who have competed in other county events. A lower handicap limit will be imposed for all other competitions if oversubscribed.

ENTRIES - Please send separate cheques for each competition with contact telephone number.

 

CLOSING DATES - See Competition Entry Form.

 

WINTER FOURSOMES - No two people may play together more than once in any calendar year.

 

CANCELLATIONS - In the event of any player being unable to play, the Hon. Competition Secretary must be

informed. All changes are at the discretion of the Hon. Competition Secretary. No entrance fees will be returned

after the time-sheet has been completed (with the exception of a ballot). In the event of a competition being

cancelled all cheques will be destroyed.

 

TIME SHEETS - Time Sheets will be sent out after close of entries to all Club Delegates who should display

the time-sheet on their Club Notice Board. Time sheets will also be available on the county website:

www.worcestershireamateurgolf.co.uk

SUBSCRIPTIONS - These will be collected with your annual Golf Club Subscriptions.

 

MOTORISED BUGGIES – A motorised buggy may be utilized by a competitor who has sought permission

from the Hon. Competition Secretary before the Competition on presentation of a current Medical Certificate of

Disability and then only if the Club permits the use of such buggies. The buggy may only be used by the person

named on the Certificate and may only carry the player, her caddie and equipment.

 

TROLLEYS -Where a trolley ban at the Club is a partial one – then for the purposes of the County Association

- this should be regarded as a TOTAL ban.

 

SOFT SPIKES - Soft Spikes are recommended or compulsory at some clubs. It is your responsibility to check.

 

HANDICAP CERTIFICATES - A current active CONGU handicap certificate must be produced prior to play.

MEASURING DEVICES are NOT allowed.

 

DRESS RULES - Dress Rules of the host Club must be observed. It is your responsibility to check.
