Entries for Spring/Winter Foursomes, Spring

Three Ball Alliance & County 3 Ball Alliance will be

taken on a ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVED

BASIS’. Preference given to players who have competed in other county events. A lower handicap limit will be imposed for all other competitions if oversubscribed.

ENTRIES - Please send separate cheques for each competition with contact telephone number. No cheques will be accepted dated more than six months in advance.

                                         

CLOSING DATES - See Competition Entry Form.

 

SPRING AND WINTER FOURSOMES - No two ladies may play together more than once in a county calendar year.

 

CANCELLATIONS - In the event of any player being unable to play the Competition Secretary must be informed.  All changes are at the discretion of the Competition Secretary. No entrance fees will be returned after the timesheet has been completed (with the exception of a ballot).  In the event of a competition being cancelled all cheques will be destroyed.

 

TIMESHEETS - will be sent out after close of entries to all Club Delegates who should display the timesheet on their Ladies notice board. In addition timesheets will be available on the county website. www.ladies.worcestershireamateurgolf.co.uk 

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS - These will be collected with your annual Golf Club subscriptions.

 

MOTORISED BUGGIES - A motorised buggy may be utilised by a competitor who has sought permission from the Competition Secretary before the Competition on presentation of a current Medical Certificate and then only if the Club permits the use of such buggies. The buggy may only be used by the person named on the Certificate and may only carry the player, her caddie and equipment.

 

TROLLEYS - Where a trolley ban at the Club is a partial one, then for the purposes of the County Association this should be regarded as a TOTAL ban.

 

SOFT SPIKES – may be compulsory at some clubs.  It is your responsibility to check.

 

HANDICAP CERTIFICATES - A current Active CONGU Handicap Certificate must be produced prior to play.

 

DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES AND PEDOMETERS are currently NOT allowed.

 

DRESS RULES - of the host Club must be observed. It is your responsibility to check.
